Shipping policy

At TOC Supplies our goal is to exceed your expectations by providing safe and fast shipping across Canada. 

Order Processing 

Once your order has been received, TOC Supplies will pick up and ship the order by the next day! Our order processing occurs during regular business hours Monday-Friday 8:00am - 4:30pm EST (excluding holidays) 

International Shipping 

As of December 2021 TOC Supplies does not ship internationally. We will update this policy in the future.

Free Ground Shipping on orders over $100

Free ground shipping is available for orders that are delivered to addresses within Canada. Please allow 2-8 days for delivery after your order has been shipped. We reserve the right to cancel or limit free shipping as required. Please note that some items are not subject to free shipping due to weight. Orders that have excessive weight may also be subject to additional freight charges. Some collections may be excluded from the Free Shipping policy. 

Damage Claims 

All orders are packed with the utmost care to ensure your order arrives in great condition. Sometimes damage may occur during transportation. Any damage to a product must be reported to TOC Supplies within 48 hours of receiving your package.  

Extreme Temperatures 

Given the uncertainty of weather temperatures across Canada during the winter months, there is a chance products could freeze in transit. Although we want the best customer service experience, ordering chemicals in cold temperatures is a risk to the customer.
