It depends on where you are in Canada. Orders processed in Canada will take 5-7 business days to arrive. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.

Note: During Holidays season, the delivery time can be even higher.

We use all major carriers and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.

Free shipping covers the cost of Standard Delivery only.

1. Standard deliveries: Currently experiencing delivery delays with all service levels. Please allow an additional 3-5 business days after your expected delivery date to receive your package.

2. British Columbia Service Delay: We are experiencing service delays due to heavy rainfall causing flooding and road closures into and throughout BC. Please continue to track your order on our track and trace site for further updates.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase in order to process the return.
